Kelly Lee Osbourne was natural in October 27, 1984 in London, England and is the daughter of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon Osbourne. She is a sister of Aimee Osbourne & Jack Osbourne, & the half-sister of Jessica Osbourne & Louis Osbourne, Ozzy's babies from either his number 1 marriage.

Fashion-conscious Osbourne is the portion of a crop of immature performing artist in the early 2000s who have revitalized a soft-core punk scene.
